LM317: REACH affected means

Hello Guys,

Good day!

I just have some clarification guys. In the part numbers LM317AT/NOPB and LM340T-5.0/NOPB, "NOPB" means no lead, but in the Material content search it seems to say otherwise.

What does REACH "Affected" means? On TI documentation that i found it says "Only used for REACH SVHC substances when contained above threshold, REACH SVHCs are not restricted from use but if contained above threshold, further information must be available."

Does this mean that it is not REACH compliant? I would appreciate it if you could explain more on that.
