My customer needs to put together a Statement of Volatility for their product using our UCD90120A. Can you provide the specs on the internal memories?
Specifically, I’m looking for the sizes of the RAM, ROM, Data Flash, and Program Flash memories. Any other info about these memories, such as write-protect information, would also be appreciated.
