Hi JH,

Attached is the updated design calculator. Please see my comments below,

The schematic seems to have 4 mOhms of sense resistor but the design calculator has 3 mohms entered. I have taken 3 mohms into consideration.
The Power limit resistance values are different from the design calculator and Schematic.
Make sure the timer value is > Target Timer (1.5x typical)
I don't see Schottky diode at the output of Hotswap Controller. You may be required to use one to suppress negative voltage transients during events like Fast-trip.
