Sorry, there is no design calculator tool for the TPS92512HV. The datasheet shows how to design for the TPS92515HV. I can also help with a design if needed.

Hello,

I calculate:

Fsw = 143 KHz

maximum di/dt = 2.2A (at 32V input, 10.2V output) This means the inductor needs to be able to handle over 2.3A peak.

Iave = 1.2A

It cannot regulate current when Vout is greater than Vin, your Vout maximum is 10.2V and Vin minimum is 9V.

You can look at PMP15004 for an EMI filter at Class three level, it uses the TPS92515 at 6V, 1.25A output.
