I was wondering if I can measure the current on my LM3409HV driver by using Rsns as the shunt resistor for my external current amp (INA168)?

Hello,

I don't see why that wouldn't work. You may have to low pass filter the current sense depending on your switching frequency. It shouldn't load the current sense for the LM3409.

My only concern was if INA168 will interfere with LM3409 internal current sensing / control loop.
