TPS71501-EP: Startup time

Is there a specification for startup time for the TPS71501-Q1 LDO? Looking min,nom,max if possible. WEBENCH gives me ~100µs nominal to the 90% voltage.

Hi William,

There is no specification for the startup time for the TPS71501-Q1. The only startup showed in the datasheet is in Figure 10, but due to the Vin is ramp is very slow, we could not see the real startup time at this condition. I would only use the WEBENCH result for reference purposes only. I would recommend ordering the EVM for the device and get a typical startup number at the condition you are interested in and then I would recommend using 3 times the typical startup time as the maximum startup time for any system design consideration.
