Asking for the power switch recommendation

Hi Team,

Customer is designing new project with power switch

Would you please provide recommend the p2p solution to replace the following two parts?

  1. G517D1T11U
  2. G524B1T11U

    Hi SHH,

    Welcome to E2E!

    We do not have P2P solutions for these devices, but have some devices that offer similar functionality.

    The G517D1T11U and G524B1T11U are both devices with reverse current blocking and over current protection. These functionalities are offered in the TPS22948, but the TPS22948 can only handle 240mA typical. We also have the TPS22919 which offers short circuit protection, but does not have reverse current blocking.

    What are the key specs that the customer likes from these two devices?
