i tried simulating the below circuit. but Vout is dropping down to zero. Can you please check whether any error is there. the design values are as per WEBENCH.

Hi Junia,

Can you print the circuit into a pdf file and post it to the forum. I cannot zoom into see the connections.

I would also check the signals around the control loop to see if the COMP pin signal is been driven high when the output voltage falls below the regulation value.
