Schematic for Battery Balancing using bq78PL116

Hi Jim,

As stated earlier, I just want to use the original chip(bq78PL116) to balancing three batteries. Therefore bq76PL102 will not be added. Although there are some other functions such as charge and discharge control, protection, I will be only interested in the balance function. According to your suggestion, I have switched to bq78PL116 from bq78PL114.

Here I have eliminated some parts of Figure 5 in the specification sheet of bq78PL116. But I am still not sure whether my miodification will work or not. Could you help me have a look at it? Thanks and happy new year!
