From TPS65023 datasheet page (9), I can get thermal shutdown and hysteresis typical value,what is their range?

The TPS65023 thermal shutdown and hysteresis is not tested in production, so the value in the datasheet is only a typical. You can expect the shutdown to vary as much as +/- 15 deg C and expect the hysteresis to vary +/- 3 deg C.
