Is there a way, over the HDQ bus, to permanently disable the battery pack (no charging or discharging)? This would be used to intentionally "brick" a fielded pack if certain conditions are detected by the host.

12.2.17 AltManufacturerAccess() 0x0022 FET Control
This command disables/enables control of the CHG, DSG, and PCHG FETs by the firmware.
