BQ20Z75-V160: Automatically reprogramming and calibrating chip-sets after they have been put on packs

Part Number: BQ20Z75-V160

I currently have about 400 packs that use the BQ20z75 chip-set that need to be reprogrammed and calibrated. I would like to automate this process to save time. Does TI offer a solution for this via software or hardware?

As far as i know, as of today, TI sofware license and EVM terms specifically prohibits use in production. Please check the software license and EVM terms and conditions, and let me know if this answers your question.

We have used the BQ-Production software with an HPA-495 to program small batches of PCBs. I believe that there are no licensing restrictions for the BQ-Production software, but I am not positive. Is there a way to adapt the HPA-495 to do pack level instead of BMS level?
