I have obtained the parameter file of electricity meter(.bqfs),I can write it successfully with bqSutido.but When I try to write with my software

There are some mistakes in the process of writing ,I may have written incomplete date.I found I couldn't communticate with it by IIC ,

The bqSutido can't work with it either, I trid the IIC address 0xaa and 0x16,but it didn't work .Is there any way to fix it

Try the Programming tab in the bqSutido.

If you cannot get any response on 0xAA or 0x16, that device is probably bricked. I would suggest you replace the device with a new one.

The bqStutido can't communicate with it or programming,I Ijust wrote the wrong bqfs file, it can't work anymore .I don't think the hardware is damaged ,Is there no way to solve the problem ?

If you cannot get any response on 0xAA or 0x16, that means it is no possible to communicate with the device even though the device is not physically damaged. You will have to replace it with a new one.
