BQ28Z610: Qmax is not updated during learning cycle

Hi TI team,

I have the same problem as the original thread. When running the learning cycle, the VOK, RDIS and REST bits all behave correctly as stated in the learning guide, but Qmax is not updated, and Update Status stays at 04. According to the TRM, the VOK bit "will be cleared when the QMax update occurs, when the offset error for a QMax disqualification is met, or when there is a full reset". So does that mean the offset error for a QMax disqualification is met in my case? How could this happen and how can I avoid/fix it? I have run the learning cycle several times (with different but identical custom boards), and sometimes the learning cycle runs okay, sometimes it's not. I attached here the log and gg files below.
