TPS61194: No output after 8 hours

We are using TPS61194, and each channel current are set at 80mA.

We see an problem that in our PCB after turn on the TPS61194 for ~ 8 hours the TPS61194 will become no output. When the TPS61194 no output, the status of PWM, Enable and Fault pin are all high.

Before the TPS61194 become no output, we do see TPS61194 report several time the fault.

Any idea what might happen?

Hi Sir,

I think the analysis should focus on the fault, as you can see for the TPS61194, can you make sure that what kind of fault has occurred during the test?
