BQ34Z100-G1: Chem ID

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCHEM

Hi Team,

following the instruction we carried out testing the best Chem ID match. A report came back with a “Best chemistry ID” but had a max. DOD deviation of 9% which seems a bit too high.

Can you advise on the impact of this deviation on the gauging accuracy? and how can this deviation be improved?

I attach the data uploaded and TI’s report.

NumCellSeries = 5

ElapsedTimeColumn=0

VoltageColumn = 1

CurrentColumn = 2

TemperatureColumn = 3

Summary of all IDs with max. DOD deviation below 15%

Chem ID     max DOD error, %  Max R deviation, ratio

6103  9     0.65

6118  12.45 -145.83

6121  13.15 -72.41

6107  14.8  -161.8

Max. deviations for best ID is within recommended range. Chosen best chemical ID is suitable for programming the gauge.

many thanks
