At fig.16 on 9.2 Typical Applications, there are R5 (50 ohm) and R6 (0 ohm).
What is the purpose of these resistor ?
Do I need to add these resistor to my circuit ?

Thanks for your interest in TPS55340.
R5 is for the loop measurement. It allows you to inject the perturbation at TP2 LOOP.
R6 forms a RC filter for VIN in the case of high input noise and transient variation. However, the bypass cap C7 is usually enough, which is why R6 is 0. But it gives the flexibility to do RC filtering in case we need.
