I have an application where I will need a very fast turn-on of the LM3409 for a machine vision application (<20us). I read from a closed post that the LM3409 VCC is turned off if the EN pin is off and that for very fast turn-on time, the UVLO pin should be used to turn on/off the LED current. However, in the datasheet section 8.3.6 (page 16) it states that the VCC regulator will remain active when the EN pin is off.
Does anyone out there have more information on this?
