I am having problem about the full charge related parameters of BQ34Z100-G1. I have 4 Li-Ion batteries (Sanyo NCR18650GA) in series. Battery chemistry was available in Battery management studio and I have updated. I have calibrated voltage, current and applied self calibration of CC Gain and CC offsets. Firmware of the chip updated. I have also updated related registers as follows
IT_ENABLED
Number of series cells: 4
Design capacity: 3450
Design energy: 25530
Design energy scale: 2
Pack Configuration A: Volsel bit: 1
Even cycle count is 4, I could not see correct full charge capacity. When I check Update Status" flag, it has set as 04 means IT enabled but Qmax and Ra not learned. What should I do more to get correct results? I attached the golden image files.
Observed full charge capacity is 942 mAh and full energy 1720 mWHr.
