BQ35100: Configure a CHEM ID

Part Number: BQ35100
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Hi,

I would like to configure the BQ35100 CHEM ID without bqstudio.

Is it possible to configure the CHEM ID by I2C communication ? do you have docs to show that ?

Thanks

Regards.

  • Goulwen,

Unfortunately we do not release the ChemID files stand alone, This is part of TI's proprietary information. The best i can say is to use bqStudio, program in the ChemID, then export a .gm.fs file. This will give you a file that has the I2C commands to update the entire data memory image.

    Thanks,
