Hi Team,
My customer has some BMS application concern wonder to be resolve.
The situation is their battery side have to has BMS function , so their battery supplier provide his exist solution is the BQ20Z60 + BQ29330.
But we suggest them to use BQ4050 , Is it the same function for BMS ? BQ4050 is better option to replace old one(BQ20Z60 + BQ29330)?
If it is true , the gauge IC is need to layout on the battery side, right ?
Please help us to understand this application issue , thank a lot!
