I've been using the EV2300 module and Texas Instruments bq Gas Gauge Evaluation Software - bq20z65R1 v1.05 software to read and write *.gg configuration files in a battery equipped with BQ20Z65 gas gauge IC.

I'me getting the following error when I attempt to Read All when connected to a battery with bq20Z95 gas gauge IC:  Error reading Data Flash Subclass Host Comm, Code = 6

How can I use this same tool to read and write to a battery with bq20Z95 gas gauge IC?   Or can I obtain the same EV2300 - based software tool for use with the bq20Z95 gas gauge IC?

    The product page is supposed to have the software available for download under "Design and Development" -> "Software Development".

    I was going to post the link here and in the process found that the software is missing from the product page. I have put in a ticket to have this fixed. It may take a upto a week for the ticket to be processed and reflect on the web page.

    Hi Shirish, thanks.  However, I'm seriously running out of time. We're making ventilators)  Can you email that file to me?

    Is there a similar file for the EV2400?  I could use that instead.  thank!

    I see that you have an assigned account. Can you ask your TI contact to get the software sent to you? That will be the quickest.
