BQ34Z100-G1: ChemID from GPC Tool or from List ?

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCHEM

Hello,

we are working on a Device with 2 x LC-X1220P Lead Acid Batteries in Series. Since there was allready a LC_P1220P Chemistry ID 803 in the Database we picked that one and started to test the System and created a Golden Image that works reasonably well. To confirm the ChemID we now did a ChemID Cycle according to SLVA725 and got not the Results we expected. Instead of the best Match beeing the ID 803 it was the Generic ID 800. Furthermore the ID803 did not even come up in the Report:

Best chemical ID : 800 Best chemical ID max. deviation, % : 3.03
Summary of all IDs with max. DOD deviation below 15%

Chem ID max DOD error, % Max R deviation, ratio
800 3.03 0.31
809 4.46 0.32
813 6.59 4.19
808 7.11 0.3
812 7.37 2.08
801 8.8 3.75

Since there was a Warning about the Discharge rate beeing too high we reduced the Testingcurrent from 2A to 1.75A and did another Run with the GPC Tool. This are the Results:

Best chemical ID : 800 Best chemical ID max. deviation, % : 4.34
Summary of all IDs with max. DOD deviation below 15%

Chem ID max DOD error, % Max R deviation, ratio
800 4.34 0.23
809 4.77 0.24
808 4.83 0.22
813 6.35 4.07
812 7.38 1.66
801 8.43 3.41

Since all IDs are listed with a Deviation below 15% we fear the now used ChemID 803 might bring some Errors down the Line.

Is there any way to check for a specific ChemID and should we do another golden Cycle with the Recommended ChemID 800 ?
