TPS62135: How this device achieve 100% duty cycle

Hi Team,

One question from my customer about the mechanism of achieving 100% duty cycle of TPS62135. They notice that the high side switch is N channel MOSFET in below functional block diagram. Is that the bootstrap capacitor is integrated inside the device? If so, when Vin = Vout, how the bootstrap is charged when low side MOSFET is always ON.
