Hello Experts.

I would like to draw your attention on VKP60LT515C DC DC Converter with triple output for the any substitute available or otherwise designing in only half brick size with through hole as its obsolete and i didnt get any help if i redesign it i have no data only the datasheet available online. As you know for the redesigning from JLPC or any other sites we need Gerber BOM Schematics for that reason i need help in high temperature environment with 100% efficiency how can we get and what type of pcb will be good enough. I will be thankful for you time and inputs.

    Shahid,

    1. VKP60LT515C is a product by Murata. If you're looking for information on this product, contact Murata.

    2. TI does not have any devices pre-built that can replace this device. You would need to consider a multi-chip solution using devices such as LM61495 for the high-current output and LMR33630 for the low-current outputs.

    3. FR-4 is the typical PCB material used in PCB design. Search for "High-TG" to find the high temp pcb materials.

    4. It is impossible to get 100% efficiency. The devices I listed will give >90% efficiency.
