I want to use tps51220a to supply for 5V@8A and 3.3V@5A.I found siz340dt is small ,can i used it for my design?

More goes into MOSFET selection than just Vout and Iout, so knowing the intended Input voltage and expected ambient temperature as well as the output voltage and load current would help recommend a power MOSEFT for use with the TPS51220A.

You might consider a TI 3mm x 3mm Dual FET "Power Block" as well - http://www.ti.com/power-management/mosfets/power-blocks/products.html#sort=p1811;desc

The CSD86336Q3D https://www.ti.com/product/CSD86336Q3D for example has lower Rdson and lower gate charges for lower over all losses and higher efficiency.
