1. I review the schematic, just one comment:

Disconnect R64, and connect a resistor between Rosc pin and GND, which is set operating frequency, you can refer Page10 of datasheet.

2. Could you send me your modified TINA model? I want to do the simulation.

Hi, SAJAL

I can run your modified model, Vout1, Vout2 and Vout3 were set to same value(1.5V).

I have changed the divider resistors, and we can get Vout1=1.5V, Vout2=1.35V, Vout3=3.3V.
