I can not find reliability data for TPS51206 either.

Attached is the data for TPS51200 for your reference. These two parts should have similar reliability data.

I could not open the file you attached -- it made my computer crash when I tried. But I got into the reliability estimator on the TI website and entered "TPS51200", and I found the data that way.

I appreciate the help!
