Hi Yue,

The closest we have is the LM317L-N.

While the current limit is not 110mA (we actually don't LDO's with a precision current limit), the unique aspect of the LM317L architecture is that it will thermally foldback the current limit to protect itself.

Figure 34 shows how you can force a maximum current limit:

Does this work for you? What is the background for the 110mA current limit?

Hi Yue,

We do have the TPS7A41 which is a 50mA regulator. This has an enable but not such a precise current limit.

Could this work?
