Whether the gate Vg waveform is correct? This waveform is the same as that of the Demo board vg waveform, which I think is correct;
How do you determine if the waveform is correct? How to improve if not correct? thank you.

The waveform is correct. Look at figure 16 in the data sheet. Figure 10 in the EVM users guide shows the same waveform.
This gate driver was meant for high speed. So when the body diode conduction is first detected it drives the gate with the maximum voltage for fast turnon and lowest Rdson possible. As the current dekays the gate driver will lower the gate driver to controller a Vds voltage of 50 mV. This drops the gate drive so when it had to turnoff it is at lower voltage and does not take as long to turnoff the FET.
