Hello,
The TPS7A53 datasheet mentions that reverse current can occur when the VBIAS voltage is applied when there is no input voltage to the device. How much reverse current are we talking about here? Is this just the standard iBias current of 2.3mA? Or is there an internal issue when the input voltage is not applied VBIAS can draw more current?
I would like to power VBIAS up before my input voltage is available. VBIAS may also disappear before the input voltage disappear at power down. Is this an issue at all?
Thanks,
-Andrew
