Hi,

I am using bq20z90 as gas guage, bq29330 as AFE and bq29412 as Over voltage protection for 4S Li-Ion Battery pack. aFTER PROPER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE connection the device is in sealed mode by default.

Please send the UNSEAL AND FULL ACCESS KEY at the earliest.

HI,

After software and hardware connections the SS and FAS Flags are set by default due to which it is in sealed mode.

I have a doubt. What does it indicate if both SS and FAS are set at the same time.

In technical reference manual it is written that if SS is set and if FAS is clear for seal device

Hi,

I TRIED TO READ THE UNSEAL KEY BEFORE WRITING THE KEY PROVIDED BY YOU. I ENCOUNTERED SMB READ BLOCK ERROR.

ERROR CODE: NO ACKNOWLEDGE :VB_T2H_NACK

We cannot provide you the unseal or FA keys. These are created at the time of battery pack assembly. If the default keys do not work for you then you will not be able to access DF contents.
