TPSM84A21: DC-DC Switcher Selection for 10A, 1V O/P

I am looking for a DC-DC Switcher for running the FPGA Core Power rail. My Requirement is as below

1. Vin - 5 to 14V

2, Vout = 1V

3. Iout = 10A

4. Small Footprint as far as possible with more than 90% Efficiency.

Please suggest the devices
