GPCCHEM: Primary Cells Characterization

Hi I am using BQ35100 with Lithium Thionyl Chloride cells as:

How Can I do the characterization of these cells, to add them to battery management studio, and program it in my BQ35100

I saw the GPCCHEM tool but the guide is specific for batteries and not for primary cells

There's no good way to find a match with the primary cells. Can you provide more information about your application?
