A file of .dffs type for update through I2C,before the update the I2C transmission is good, after the update a small probability is NG, the I2C transmission always NO ACK.

then only be removed and weld a new BQ27520-G4 chip. Excuse me, can avoid the problem?

First of all, I would suggest you use bqStudio to download your df.fs file again and it is possible to recover the device.

In addition, I assume you are using the C code mentioned in the following app note to program a df.fs.

I would suggest you use a 100kHz or lower i2c clock speed.

After fault EV2300 tools also don't connect with each other,the software shows "No acknowledge from device".Test the SDA and SCL voltage is normal.I suspect that the errors in chip download, then the I2C doesn't work.

I would suggest you check if the bq27520 device can be detected using the 7-bit i2c address 0x0b.

The address 0x0b, follow an Acknowledge.ACK can only measure by oscilloscope when SCL frequency 100khz.

It seems like the bq27520 stays in the ROM mode. I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it works.

a) Launch bqStudio.

b) Select a bq27520-g4 bqz file in the Target Selection Wizard

c) Go to Firmware Window

d) Select the default bq27520-g4 firmware and program it to their board.

If it still doesn't work, I would suggest you replace the device.
