Our customer is requesting for the junction-to-case (Theta JC) and junction-to-board (Theta JB) thermal resistance of CSD25481F4. Can you help us provide this information to our customer?

    Hi Jejomar,

    Thanks for the inquiry. We don't specify junction-to-case thermal impedances in the FemtoFET datasheets. This is because there is no plastic case like most of our other FET and power block devices. The FemtoFET is basically a silicon die with LGA pads. The temperature measured on the "case" is the junction temperature or very close to it. Also, because of the small size, it is very difficult to apply a thermocouple since it will act as a heatsink and give erroneous temperature measurements.
