TPS2663: SHDN pin spec and function ask

Hi team,

I would like to quick check below 2 question about TPS2663X's SHDN pin

1. SHDN is internally pull high to 2.7V from Vin if Vin is present and no there's other fail occur.

2. there's no needed to external pull high, only needed to pull low the device if we wanted to shotdown the device.

please kindly help to quick check to see if my assume above is correct , thanks a lot!!
