WEBENCH® Tools/LM3150: Ron and frequency determination..... Help needed.

Part Number: LM3150

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello, I have a question about determining the RON
If I have a design with 5V / 5A Out
Vin min 24 V
Vin typ. 24V
Vin Max 24V.

When I do that in web design,
I get Ron 182k at 246 kHz.

If I count on the form of the data sheet on page 9, I get 204k Ohm at the FRQ

And if I calculate as on page 16, something completely different comes out.
With the formula on page 16 I get 378k Ohm.

I calculate as following:

D3=5,1V, D5 = 24V, D23 =250kHz

RonD    = - ((D5-1)*(D5*16,5+100))-1000

Ron      =  ((D3*D5)-D3)/(12*(0,0000000001)*D23)+D24

What am I doing wrong ? What is RonD exactly, , ist the 16,5 value a fix value ?
Where is the mistake ?

Which value should be the right one if type 24V is present and I would like to have an FRQ of 250 kHz at 5V / 5A
