I would like to open this topic and seek for solution.
It looks like there's few threads pointing out the same issue with regards to EV2400 and Windows 10, but those treads were locked without any solution.
Our issue is the EV2400 is not consistently working on Windows 10 OS.
We have 13 Fully Automated ATEs with EV2400 in them. 9 of them are running in Windows 7 and 4 of them running on Windows 10. All ATE uses the same software.
The ATE with Windows 10 OS will sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. The issue is it cannot detect the EV2400 on both from our Labview App and BQ Studio.
This issue has been going for awhile now and sometimes it just started working.
There should be something on Windows 10 that make the EV2400 stop working.
We need help on this.
