UCD9090-Q1: Failed upgrade using import system file function?

Team,

My customer  successfully upgraded most systems using the Import System File function.

However, one sequencer on one board did not accept the upgrade.  They were using version 7.1.1.

I upgraded them to version 7.3.1, but the problem persisted.

I then had them clear the configuration completely (Tools, Clear Config) then re-import the new config, and that worked properly.

Do you have any idea why the config upgrade did not work?

    Hi Julio

    system file/project file modify the operation memory on the fly which may put device under undesirable condition. we always recommend data flash format file which access flash directly.

    For your case, the flash could be busy doing some fault log which block the configuration store

    From GUi 7.2.1 and newer,  there is option to allow customer to select extra delay before store to flash which may help your case.
