Hi,

I would like to know if UCC27537 can use as a MOSFET driver for 12V turn on and off?

Like as below application for fan 12V control.

    Hi Jim,

    UCC27537 may be used for 12V fan control assuming the driver is operated within the recommended operating conditions specified in table 8.3.

    Keep in mind the driver has a 9V UVLO that will shut down the IC's output.
