BQ76952: Fail to read data memory

Hi Sir,

My customer tried to read the data memory of BQ76952 by EV2400 but failed to read it out.

May refer to the captured pic below. Would you kindly advise how to read the data memory?

Hi Edward,

I think the problem is the EV2400 firmware needs to be updated. There is an EV2400 circuit on the EVM that should already have updated firmware. If they are using an EV2400 to communicate with their board, they will need to update the firmware. The latest version of the EV2400 Firmware Updater is available here: http://www.ti.com/tool/EV2400 The EV2400 User Guide shows the instructions for updated the firmware: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sluu446

I also recommend updating BQStudio to the latest BQSTUDIO-TEST version on ti.com: http://www.ti.com/tool/BQSTUDIO. It looks like your version is not updated for this device.
