Hi Team,

Do we plan to release 1.8V option of TLV809E?

It looks like good fit for CC2640R2F, because there is requirement to keep reset low when the VDD below 1.8V.

    Hi Vsevolod,

    The 1.8V option is not currently released, as you mentioned, but you can reach out internally to our systems team to inquire about another option. In the meantime, for urgent projects, you can use the TPS3840. This device has more features and 5-pin, but the 1.8V option is available in push-pull and open-drain.
