TPS65023 power consumption on VBACKUP pin when product is OFF

I think the quiescent current specification on the TPS65023 datasheet, page 4 is what you are looking for.  There will be different amounts of current consumed, depending on how the circuit is configured.  The datasheet shows data for three conditions.  Note that Texas Instruments has provided a TPS65023 EVM to provide customers with a working design they can use to test various operating conditions of the IC.  With the EVM, the customer can modify many operating conditions to ensure they fully understand the IC's operation with their specific operating conditions. 

The quiescent current into the VBACKUP pin is ~3 uA when VCC = 3.6 V, VBACKUP = 3 V; V(VSYSIN) = 0.

The specifications on page 4 of the datasheet are for VCC. Page 5 has the specs for VBACKUP:

For the case where VBACKUP =3V and  VCC=VSYS=0V lab measurements show ~60uA of current into VBACKUP.

Below, I(sd) should say VBACKUP < VCC under test condistions
