BQ25155: What are registers ADCDATA_TJ_M and _L (0x05 and 0x51)?

Part Number: BQ25155

I used the Excel-based Setup Guide to generate sample code for the BQ25155, and in the list of registers are two which are not listed in the datasheet: ADCDATA_TJ_M and ADCDATA_TJ_L at addresses 0x50 and 0x51. I'm guessing that they're the junction temperature of the IC, but I don't know how to interpret the value. What's the formula?

That's an error that'll be corrected. The registers don't exist.

Follow-up: if they don't exist, why do they return non-zero and non-0xFF values when read? The other non-existent registers return 0xFF.

Scott,

The register is not meant for use. It's used internally in the device and not meant to provide any external information.
