TPS25942A: Control enable / disable by common collector circuit

Hi Michiaki,

As long as the voltage applied on the EN/UVLO pin is less than the recommended operating voltage (18V) there shouldn't be any problem.

EN/UVLO internally just has a comparator which compares the EN/UVLO voltage and takes enable / disable decision accordingly.
