How to charge Li-Po battery while supplying power to the device?

Hello, colleagues

I've implemented the power charging circuit with MCP73831 to recharge Li-Po battery.

But, I am afraid that it cannot supply power to the device while charging the battery.

How can I implement the power circuit which both the use and charging operation can be performed at the same time?

Are there any TI products which support these functions?

    To find similar devices to the MCP73831 I recommend looking through the Battery Charging Solution product family found in this link. Once you find a similar device create a new thread and tag the device so the post can go to the proper team and they can assist you with the implementation.
