Hello,

I have a file chemdat12_ID2131 that I receive for the GCPRB. but when I program the file into the gauge, I have a message error = 1. I have the battery management studio 1.3.86, the gauge is full unsealed and the voltage is good. I have program a chemistry in the list with success but the file chemistry that I receive cannot program.

    Hello Ludovic,

    It says you lost adaptor access. Can you try this again after restarting bqStudio? Also please use the "test" version and see if that works.

    I have restarting bqStudio and I have the same message. with the test version I have a fault when I open bqSutdio, the log of the default is join

    Hello Ludovic,

    Are you able to re-install bqStudio by doing these instructions.

    1. Uninstall everything

    2. Delete the C:\ti folder containing BatteryManagementStudio

    3. Install bqStudio test version

    Can you also attach your GPCRB file to this e2e. I will see if the file works for my end?

    Hi Ludovic,

    GPCRB programming requires that the chemistry ID that is in the gauge should match the GPCRB file. It looks like this is for ID 2131.

    Can you try programming Chemistry ID 2131 first and then try programming the GPCRB file?

    Hello,

    with a gpcrb file from another battery, I can program the gpcrb file. I tried to recreate the gpcrb file but still have the error code = 1 when I program the file. I think the creation of the file is hurting.

    I see that you are using bqStudio v1.3.86

    Please try using the latest version. I am told there was a bug fix for a similar issue.

    The issue cannot be reproduced. Please try a fresh installation of bqStudio v1.3.101. Delete c:\ti\Battery Management Studio and install again.

    If that does not help, then we take this offline to debug.

    I have refresh the installation of bqstudio v1.3.101 after deleted c:\ti\Battery Management Studio. The default is always present (error code = 1).

    is it possible that the EV2300 would be the problem (the firmware of the EV2300 is V3.2r)

    I think you mean EV2300 V3.1r

    We do not know of any issues with that version. And i think you tried with other EV2300. I will PM you.
