LM27762: Related to model file

Part Number: LM27762

Hi Team,

I am using LM27762 Low-Noise Positive- and Negative-Output Charge Pump With Integrated LDO.

I want to simulate it on TINA tool as my all analog chain are already made in Tina.

Just for +/- 5V suppply , am using this LDO.

Although it has Unencrypted PSpice Transient Model (Rev. B) but how to import it in TINA?

Please help.

Hi Shivakant,

For importing unencrypted SPICE models in TINA, you can follow the instructions given in the following App-note: Importing a SPICE NetList into TINA9-TI.

Hi Davor,

I have a PSpice model.

Spice model , how to import i know.

But how to make compatible TINA for importing for the Pspice model or IBIS model or Hspice model.

That i want to know.

Hi Shivakant,

The instructions will work for the PSPICE model as well.

Alternatively if you find it easier, you could also follow the instructions of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjDYO53l_KM.

Hi Davor,

yes, with given instruction i am able to import file in TINA.

But with this file of LM27762 , i was not getting response with load condition.

Without load, i am getting response through LM27762 .
