TPSM265R1: Soldering issue

Dear colleague,

Our customer is evaluating our TPSM265R1. But they found when they completed soldering, the component in the top layer is off.

So do you have some suggestions in the soldering of TPSM265R1?

    Hi Rock,

    Most likely during reflow, the airflow used is blowing the two 0201 capacitors off the power module. I'd suggest lowering the airflow during soldering. Also to make it easier to solder, having a hot plate/air heating the bottom of the board will help bring the board up to appropriate temperature and require less airflow to get the solder to melt.
